We are seeking a mature, enthusiastic, and detail oriented individual to join our culinary team at Winona Vine Estates.
Taking direction from the Executive Chef focusing on quality, minimizing waste, and overall plate presentation
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum of 5 years of hands on experience as a Pastry Chef. Extensive knowledge of preparing Serbian and
European Breads, cakes, desserts and other specialties.
Must be flexible and have general kitchen experience to assist in the preparation and execution of other cuisine as required.
Must be flexible and able to work evenings and weekends.

We are seeking mature confident, energetic, and driven individual to join our team. Must be a team player, flexible, work well under pressure, well groomed and available to work evenings and weekends. Must have previous supervisory experience in a banquet hall type setting. Must have own transportation. Safe food handling or smart serve certification would be an asset
Duties: Supervise a staff of up to 20 people serving food and beverages at banquets of up
to 500 people, Supervise the set up and tear down of banquets and perform other duties as required.
